Paella, is without a doubt, the signature dish of the summer in Ibiza. Surely, one of the best plans we can imagine in the warmer months is to enjoy a day at the beach in Ibiza and having a delicious paella for lunch, ideally accompanied with a good rosé or white wine or a cava sangria.

Many people who come to Ibiza agree that in the island of Ibiza you can try one of the best paellas in Spain. The secret is in the traditional Ibizan elaboration, using fresh fish from the island, such as grouper, greater amberjack or the delicious red prawns typical from the Ibizan seas. In the municipality of Sant Josep, located in the south of the island, we can find many good restaurants specialized in seafood and traditional cuisine. Here is selection of the best ones.
