Private parking
If you come with your car to Ibiza, or have rented a vehicle, forget about the worries of searching for parking. In the residence we have private parking with 21 parking spaces located on our grounds, 8 of which are covered.
Vehicle rental
We can help you rent the ideal vehicle for you. Our partner on the island has a lot of experience and expertise and a large fleet of cars and motorbikes. You can pick one up at the airport or directly at Residencial Bogamari.
Children playground
Your little one will be very happy to see our area especially designed for them. It has all a kid needs to have very fun moments arround your villa.
Solar Power
In 2023, 80 solar panels of 450w have been installed, generating a total energy of 36Kw, enough to supply the residential complex’s consumption during sunny hours.
Charger for electric cars
In the private car park of the residential we have an 11Kw/h electric car charger which is supplied by the solar panels during the sunny hours.
Courtesy Rooms
One of the most frustrating situations on a trip can be not being able to access your accommodation until late in the morning due to check-in times, or having to check-out hours before your flight or boat leaves the island.
We’ve created the perfect space for these annoying situations. Our courtesy rooms. These two rooms have WiFi, TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower.
